John A. Petrocelli has been in the construction industry for over 26 years. He received his general contractors license in
1984 running his own construction company for 15 years. John specialized in residential remodeling, renovation construction
and custom homes with a design build emphasis. For more than 2 1/2 years he was involved in corporate construction employed
as a project manager/estimator. He is proficient in computerized estimating and with 26 years experience in the construction
industry he has estimated and constructed over 21 million dollars in residential, custom, and re-construction projects. His
knowledge of building codes and procedures have been essential in the design, budgeting, and completion of many successful
projects. He has been responsible for all types of projects from conception to completion, to bring them in on-time and within
budget. His priority is to provide the consumer quality service with complete customer satisfaction.
